Exceptional service. A special shout-out to Aaron who went above and beyond to help me. He spent 45 minutes with me, determined to get the fender on my hire car fixed. Didn’t expect anything in return, did it all out of the goodness of his heart. Restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Aaron and his legend of a colleague.

Friendly staff who seem to enjoy being around each other or helping customers figure out what is needed for a project. Always ready to help, and the rental folks go above and beyond to make sure your experience is smooth.

These guys kick butt. I have rented from their rental department before, but this past weekend I was coming back from Albany VT with their cement mixer and boom Auger. Both pieces of equipment worked great, were cheaper from them than any other company in the area, and they helped me load the stuff onto my trailer when I picked them up. However, they went the extra mile and waited for me to get there at 6:10 even though they closed at 6:00 so that I could return the same day. They really made my day, and I will continue to business with them for many years to come!

Like to shop there because people are very helpful. They always have what I'm looking for and the staff goes out of their way to make sure get good costumes service.

Great store! I have been into half a dozen hardware stores trying to find a key and they had it. Descent price on propane fill too!

Fully stocked, large clean store. Informed and friendly staff. Had what I needed. Reasonable prices. What more could you ask for in a hardware store?
